All items are handmade to order, therefore please allow up to 2 days for cards to be posted*.
Postage & Packaging
Cards are charged at 50p. If you wish to purchase multiple items contact me with your order and I will calculate an overall charge.
The costs and time of p&p are all factored into the charges. I send all items First Class with proof of postage, however for an extra charge it is possible to send items through Recorded Delivery.
For international customers please contact me before placing an order to arrange correct postage costs.
Returns Period
Normal returns period is 7 days from the date you receive the goods and you must contact me with your return request within this time. Cards should still be unopened in their cello sleeves. I reserve the right to refuse refund of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
Returning Your Goods
Contact me with your returns request, quoting your order number in the subject line.
UK Customers : Send your return to us via the Royal Mail. Please obtain a Certificate of Posting (available free from your Post Office) You should keep this certificate until you have received a replacement or a refund.
International Customers : Send returns via a traceable method, marking your package clearly as Returned Goods.
Your proof of postage should show my address to which you have returned the goods, together with the post office’s printed / stamped confirmation of the date of posting. I cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in transit. You will bear the cost of postage for returns.
